Willem has managed multi-million dollar building projects with care and clarity—balancing strategy, craftsmanship, and community impact.

His background spans client-side project management, contractor oversight, and leadership in staff development, coaching, and service delivery.

Willem is Director of Dixon Designs, a practice dedicated to smart, sustainable, human-scale solutions that elevate everyday spaces.

He brings together deep operational knowledge with a passion for design, serving as a bridge between vision and execution.
